How is an AI voice agent different from an IVR phone tree?

Will it sound like a robot?

No. We build on streaming neural TTS (ElevenLabs, Cartesia, OpenAI, etc.) and tune prosody so the agent sounds like a calm, capable receptionist. Most callers do not realize it is AI.
