- Recruiting or hiring services
Common questions
How is this different from a retainer at a typical agency?
Two ways: (1) you get a senior practitioner who writes code, not an account manager, (2) you can pause or wind down at the end of any quarter without penalty. We earn each renewal.
What happens if we hire an internal AI lead?
Great. We hand off cleanly — code, runbooks, evals, walkthroughs — and either step out or shift to advisory. We design every engagement assuming this happens eventually.
Can we start with a Sprint and graduate to this?
Yes — that is the most common path. About half of Embedded clients started with one or two Sprints first.
